College Football Game of the Week – #11 Missouri at #1 Texas
This is the third week in a row that we’ve featured a Big 12 match-up in our game of the week, but how can we help it when each of these games carries such weight in the quest for a national championship bid. This Saturday, #11 Missouri Tigers take on the #1 Texas Longhorns in Austin.
Texas had an incredible game last week, knocking then #1 Oklahoma out of the top spot with a decisive 45-35 win. That was their first big test of the season, and they passed with flying colors. This week, the Longhorns look to prove that they deserve that #1 ranking.
Missouri is still hoping to win the Big 12 North despite struggling last week in their first loss of the season. Quarterback Chase Daniels is looking to redeem himself after throwing 3 interceptions in the second half against Oklahoma State.
