Monday Night Football Prediction – Ravens vs. Steelers
This Monday night should bring a great defensive battle when the Baltimore Ravens visit Heinz field to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Ravens top-ranked defense will try to replicate what the Eagles did to the Steelers last week when they sacked Ben Roethlisberger 8 times. Raven’s rookie quarterback Joe Flacco hasn’t throw a touchdown pass yet this season, but he’s managing the games well in the team’s two victories.
The Steelers will be without running back Willie Parker, the AFC’s second-leading rusher, for this Monday night match-up. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been pretty beat up himself with a sore shoulder and a right hand injury, but his big-game experience may give the Steelers the upper hand.
Our gang is split down the middle this week. David (2-2) and Spencer (3-1) are calling it a Steelers victory, but Chase (3-1) and I (2-2) are predicting the Ravens will pull this one out.

College Football Game of the Week – #8 Alabama at #3 Georgia
It’s another great SEC match-up this weekend with #8 Alabama Crimson Tide taking on the #3 Georgia Bulldogs. Both teams are at 4-0 with dreams of an SEC Championship and a National Championship on their minds.
Georgia’s success has surprised no one as they started this season with the #1 ranking. They have taken care of business each week, including a big win last Saturday against Arizona State.
Alabama began this year ranked #24 but have risen in the ranks each week with victories against Clemson, Tulane, Western Kentucky, and Arkansas.
Can second-year coach Nick Saban lead the Crimson Tide in an upset victory over the Bulldogs? Or will Georgia continue to roll in their quest for the ultimate prize, a BCS National Championship? Take our poll and let us know what you think.

Monday Night Football Prediction – Jets vs. Chargers
The New York Jets are heading west to take on the San Diego Chargers in Monday night’s game.
After two heartbreaking losses, the Chargers really need a win in week three. The talent is definitely there if they can finish this game strong. Philip Rivers has thrown six touchdowns in his first two games with wide receiver Chris Chambers catching three of them.
The Jets are still working on getting Brett Favre and his new offense comfortable with each other. Favre may need more pass attempts this week than he had against the Patriots if the Jets hope to pull off the upset.
Chase and Spencer (at 2-1) have the slight edge over David and I (at 1-2) with our Monday Night Football predictions. Just like last week, we’re all making the same call this time by saying the San Diego Chargers will get their first win of the season.

College Football Game of the Week – #6 LSU at #10 Auburn
We’ve got an SEC battle for you this week with the #6 LSU Tigers taking on the #10 Auburn Tigers. The match-ups between these two Tiger teams are almost always thrillers, with eleven of their last eighteen games decided by a touchdown or less.
Auburn displayed some impressive defense last week by defeating Mississippi State with the unusual score of 3-2. LSU showed the strength of their offense in their last game with 425 total yards gained and a 41-3 victory over North Texas. Although LSU has not won at Auburn since 1998, they hope to snatch the victory this time and keep their hopes of repeating as national champion alive.
