NBA Finals Tip-Off Tonight
Los Angeles Lakers versus the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals - that has a familiar ring to it, doesn’t it?
Kobe and the Lakers are looking pretty unstoppable right now after following a fairly easy path to the finals. Only their second round series with the Utah Jazz took 6 games to complete. The Nuggets went down in four, and the Spurs only lasted five games against the red-hot Lakers.
Boston took a harder road to the finals, needing seven games in their first two series to take down the Atlanta Hawks and Cleveland Cavaliers. They finally pulled off a road win against the Detroit Pistons and eventually closed them down in 6 games.
Do the Celtics have enough gas left in their tanks after already playing 20 playoff games to make this an interesting NBA finals? Or are the Los Angeles Lakers impossible to beat in a seven game series?

Lakers vs Celtics - NBA Finals Goes “Old School”
It’s official…the Los Angeles Lakers will face the Boston Celtics in this year’s NBA Finals. Now that brings back memories of the old school games of the 80’s.
I’m sure everyone will be talking about how they remember the rivalry from “back in the day”, and guess what, I’m going to do the same. Those were the NBA games that I remember growing up watching.
Larry Bird versus Magic Johnson. That was good stuff! Can the Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol match-up prove to be as exciting?
Though I’m not normally a fan of either team, I’m hoping it will be an NBA Finals to remember.
